Bio:

JOSHUA ROSENBAUM is a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Global Industrial Group, where he is Joint Global Head of the Basic Materials Group. Josh advises on, structures, and originates M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions for a broad group of companies in the sector, comprising manufacturers, metals producers, distributors, heavy building materials producers, and the homebuilders. Prior to UBS, Josh worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the direct investment division of the World Bank Group.
Josh’s work in the financial markets provides unique insight on sector trends, valuation and outlook, and he is a frequent lecturer on these topics. He is the co-author of the Wiley Finance book entitled "Investment Banking: Valuation, Leveraged Buyouts and Mergers & Acquisitions", as well as the HBS case study “OAO YUKOS Oil Company.” He received his AB from Harvard University and his MBA with Baker Scholar honors from Harvard Business School.

Also, to make the trip a bit more affordable, we negotiated a group rate with the hotel (details on how to get this rate coming soon):

$149.00 for one bed and $169.00 for two beds plus applicable taxes of (14.75% + $3.50) per night. (this is dirt cheap for a weekend night in Manhattan).

Don't forget, all attendees get 3 free months to the WSO job board ($40 value) and a free WSO T-shirt ($4,000 value). More perks for attendees will be announced over the coming months!

Thanks guys!
Patrick & Andy
