WSO Fantasy Basketball League
Calling any and all basketball nuts. I'm interested in making a 10 man fantasy league with only 1 bench spot so micro-management won't be necessary.

On another note, I'm calling all experts here to rate my first ever fantasy basketball team. The league is H2H points. Here are the metrics for points:
Points (PTS) 1 Blocks (BLK) 1 Steals (STL) 1 Assists (AST) 1 Rebounds (REB) 1 Turnovers (TO) -1 Field Goals Made (FGM) 1 Field Goals Attempted (FGA) -1 Free Throws Made (FTM) 1 Free Throws Attempted (FTA) -1

never played before but I'd be down. Is that standard scoring? I guess the +/- for made/attempts keeps it so you get as many pts as the bucket (1,2, or 3) but lose a point for missed shots?
Kind of standard scoring I believe, but take my word with a grain of salt considering it's my first league.
I know a lot of leagues take points for double doubles. I just checked ESPN for standard scoring and this is what they had: Points (PTS) Rebounds (REB) Assists (AST) Blocks (BLK) Steals (STL) Field Goal Percentage (FG%) Free Throw Percentage (FT%) Three Pointers Made (3PM)

ESPN definitely although I'm pretty sure tonight is the last night to start a league. To the other guys interested, would you all be down to draft tonight perhaps? It's probably pushing it but I may be able to get a couple of friends so we could have an 8 man league

What do you mean by "normal" draft?
Just round based, like the normal NBA draft, i.e. no bidding on players.
I got 2 friends in on this (maybe another one if need be), that leaves at 7/10 at the moment.
One more and we've got a solid league on our hands. What day/time frame works best for everyone over the weekend. Keep in mind the draft will probably take ~1.5-2 hours.
I assume we all have to be online at the same time, so I would suggest 5pm EST on either Sat or Sun
