WWYC: What Would You Change

We all work/ed, whether in PE, IBD, HF, S&T, or being an ENT. But, for all the effort we put into making it here and staying here, it is at the end of the day a job.

Particularly a job in Finance, an industry more or less known for being a bit old fashioned here and there.

Overtime you get comfortable and you get observant. You likely think how you'd do things if YOU ran the place or made it to a prestigious executive role.

Let's say you do make it all the way there, what would you do?.

- What Would You Change in Your Firm?
- What Would You Introduce to Finance?

It's a broad set of questions, so everyone I know answers them in their own way. Some talk technicals, mechanics, practice, correspondence, structure, culture, there's about a million ways to approach this.
