"Pan European Monkey"More seriously - I believe that the Dems shouldn’t fight each other rather figure who is the best candidate to beat Trump (not a dem myself but this seems like common sense no?).

The entire point of a primary is that they argue over who is the best to beat Donald Trump and represent the party. They are literally in a competition.

They've fought on ideas every other debate. They have all been relatively tame because minus a handful of issues like "Medicare for All" vs. "Medicare for All Who Want It," and the corresponding increases to the federal budget, they aren't that far apart.

At this point in the cycle, they need to differentiate themselves from each other.

Yay on Bloomberg. I really don't like him personally, but it would be much better for the country for the Dems to rally around a center-left candidate than to go full Corbyn, which would be truly unhealthy for the republic. Because I don't like Trump personally, I'd actually have a choice in November. If the Dems nominate anyone other than Biden, Bloomberg or Kloubachar then I'm definitely voting Trump; any of those three, however, and I would give them fair consideration (in fairness, I'd still be likely to pull the lever for Trump, but I would probably not donate to his campaign--nominate Bernie and I'm opening up my wallet).
