am i cooked for summer 2025 copr bank/fp&a internships

Ok so I have one tax internship ($35 per hour) but I would prefer doing some sort of Corp banking or fp&a that pays at least like $40 per hour. I am a freshman in college, rising sophomore. I applied to ibanking late but would preferably like some sort of finance internship for sophomore summer. I will definitely prepare a lot and recruit early for junior summer ibanking but yeah, im worried about not having anything substantial for Sophomore Summer.

I am also insanely poor with no safety net which is also why I'm asking. I did not know recruiting starts so early.
