I have 2 offers: Oracle's Business Development Rep and Amazon's Brand Specialist (Product Manager). I have graduated from a target school. Which one should I go for if I want to pursue an MBA in 3-4 years and then potentially break into MBB Management Consulting?
The pay at Amazon for first 2 years is around $15,000 more than Oracle's (even with variable sales target), but Oracle's salary spikes after 2 years due to commission based sharing (performance based).
