Any experiences/thoughts about Gerald Group in physical metals trading?

Anyone familiar with the reputation and culture with Gerald Group in the metals trading industry? I have tried searching about them online but there is not much content about them and would appreciate any insight about the firm from anyone in the industry. I know that they have a graduate program and I thought it would be a good opportunity for me to break into the physical commodities industry, but I wanted to learn more about the firm as well before applying.
