Are Entry-Level Roles Dead?
Across job postings, it appears there are virtually no entry-level positions available. Every opportunity is looking for 2-4 years of experience, no matter the industry. I understand it's a bad job market / AI is jeopardizing mundane tasks, but are employers less likely to take a chance and mentor graduates as in the past? What does this mean for young people looking to start their careers?
