Bank of America Corporate Audit Analyst Program (CAAP)?

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the corporate audit analyst program at Bank of America. This program is recruiting at my school and I was wondering if anyone could give some insight maybe through firsthand experience or through hearing about it from others.

Wanting to know things like how's the position for a new graduate, what people do after the 2 year program is done, and possibly even compensation. Goal in the future is to get an MBA and transition into IB associate post-MBA, how will this position serve for my future goal? Would it be more detrimental than beneficial considering its audit work?

Any helps/insight/feedback would be greatly appreciated

I had a guy in a school organization start with BofA in corporate audit. He interned with them, and not sure if he was a part of their audit analyst class or not...started off with $60k. I haven't seen him in awhile, but saw on linkedin after a year he was named Auditor II. During his internship he mentioned he was helping with a review of BofA's mortgage arm.
