Began a Start-up Equity Research Firm: Dilemma

Hey guys,

I created a start-up equity research company last week, but the problem is, my partners do not know much about equity research and they lack technical skills.

They are smart and can do qualitative research well, but they constantly ask me to teach them how to model, etc.

What do I do? Should I leave, because I don't have time to baby them, when I can , or stay and see what happens?
