Better resume booster: Trade Support vs Risk

Which of the two areas is the better resume booster for both future jobs and B-school?

On one hand, trade support involves learning the business, products, regulation, documentation, booking, P&L, etc. All of this would be needed knowledge for a sales rep, client services rep, or trader. If I do not make it to the FO, what are the advancement prospects within trade support?

On the other hand, risk is generally regarded as its own area, where as trade support is lumped into operations by some firms. I feel like risk would also be more analytical in nature. It also seems like risk would offer the better opportunities for advancement and a career should I not be front office material (which I fully disagree with of course!)

Of the two, which has better exit opportunities, or opportunities for advancement?

Which work experience would have a greater value on an admissions decision to B school?

If I could choose any area that has its own section here, my top choices would be (in order of preference) Sales, Trading, IB.

Please consider the following, only for the sake of helping me choose an area. I am a workhorse, a leader and I love to be busy. My, "When the f**k am I going home?" level of hours worked is approximately 60-70 hours per week.

If you have a decent amount of time on the street, please prescribe me a pre B-school / CFA study time job.
