Big 4 Requirements Question

Hello WSO. Quick question for you all!

I will graduate December of 2014 with a bachelors in accounting. Will a big 4 hire me for auditing if I am still, after graduating, pursuing the 150 credits for CPA requirements?

Or are they 100% set on "you must have 150 credits before we even consider hiring you"
