Not strenuous at all, know why finance and have some insight on how the stock market works and if you want to be real advanced, be ready to talk about a stock you like. You learn everything in the 6 month program. Almost everyone who applies get in, but your membership is dependent on how active you are.
Can you inform me on what goes on after the first round?
How do you know that "almost everyone who applies get's in" I'm a freshman at a target waiting for a response, I already had my first round.
