Anyone know anything about the recruitment process for BLK? Their alumni have gone on to some very prestigious finance internships/jobs so I assume their interview process is rather demanding. Insights?

Is this that program that gives black kids preferential access to special recruitment programs that other ethnicities are prohibited from applying to?
