Hello, I received an offer for BofA's two-year risk rotation program in Charlotte starting in July. Below are the possible rotations, you get to do two of them, and they will be assigned in June (based on business need and skill set, not chosen). Hoping for credit risk or market & finance risk for at least one of them. Does anyone have experience with this program or specific rotations? Also curious about exit ops.

You've not posted anywhere before so I have no idea what your background and experience is. Hard to give meaningful feedback without knowing what your exposure to the industry is. Do you have any other offers on the table? What are your long-term objectives (or do you know?) Feedback without any context... this may be a good "job" as BOA has done a lot to develop talent recruiting and retention, but it may always be a "job" and not necessarily a career.
