Looking for top-tier Consumer & Retail teams in London? Think Tier 1 shops like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Evercore — they’ve got strong sector coverage and deep retail playbooks. Lazard and Houlihan Lokey also have solid reps in consumer M&A. As for exits? CPG, fashion, ecommerce, private equity (mid-market loves consumer), and even brand-focused hedge funds. Retail may be ‘bricks and mortar’ to some, but the story is all about digital转型 these days. Happy to chat more if you're digging deeper!
