Credit Analyst vs Commercial Associate

Currently a credit analyst in leveraged finance at a regional commercial bank. I have an opportunity to transition to a Commercial Associate role (essentially Relationship Manager training program) at a top tier bank. Similar pay. My medium term goal is to be in a client facing position. Should I stick out Lev Fin and see what opportunities come later or make the switch now to a more reputable bank?
