"Entrepreneurship through Acquisition" I need your help. When was the term first used?

I've not been around WSO for long, but have tried helping people with all my posts and am very grateful for all the bananas you've given me.

This time I'm hoping the community can help me. I'm trying to identify when the term Entrepreneurship through Acquisition was first used. I believe it's only been 4-5 years (or less!) that the term has been used in the context we understand today.

Doing a date search in Google gives me just a few results for pre-2010. I get results like: https://www.wise-seniorsinbusiness.com/contact-bu… (2006) and https://haas.campusgroups.com/finance/about/ (2005)

But I fear Google has those dates wrong. Searching through archive.org I find that those pages didn't exist till years later (in fact the wise-seniorsinbusiness.com domain didn't exist till 2016!)

Similarly with results to which Google attributes 2008 and 2009.

Could anyone shed any light on when / where the term was first used? Many thanks.
