Goldman federation bonus

Hi everyone!

I recently received an offer at GS in New York. It is in one of their Federstion divisions (i.e. non-revenue generating functions). Background is 3 years experience in F500 financial firm, client facing role.

The offer stated that the current year bonus would be paid in full and not prorated for the actual time spent.

My question is: what is a typical bonus % for GS non-revenue divisions?

I know this can be a taboo topic, so wanted to get some color here. Also I know these are based on "value" you bring to the group, but of course that is much harder to quantify than revenue.

Thanks a lot everyone!
