Highest paying position for tech companies?

I'm currently considering signing full time with a large tech company, and I was just wondering what position in the end (5-10 years down the road) earns more. I'm actually indecisive on what to do initially; I'm starting off as a business analyst but I have the technical background to be a project manager. I know for sure that with my internship I get paid less than developers and pms, but I was wondering later down the road if this holds true. On the business side, do financial analysts or business analysts make more in tech? How is that compared to pm's? I could really fit in either role, so I'm just wanting to look at numbers.
