How can a senior director at a credit rating agency take 2 months worth of non-consecutive vacation weeks off from work per year

I know a senior director at a major credit rating agency who takes 3 ski trips in the first 3 months of every year. Each ski trip lasts on average for about 9 to 14 days. He also takes a couple of weeks off work to go on vacation in the late summer or early autumn. Is it typical for high performing senior directors at credit agencies to be granted this many vacation days every year?
