These are the questions I found online (glassdoor etc.) and got from friends. Nothing suprised me. It was recorded interview - got the offer (MSc Investment & Wealth Management year ago).

  1. Elevator pitch – introduction (1 min)
  2. Walk me through your CV
  3. Tell me of a time when you demonstrated a high level of drive to achieve a goal
  4. You have to speak to your boss about an overdue promotion, but she is hesitating. Show me how you would negotiate a successful outcome.
  5. How are you involved with your community outside the classroom? What impact have you made in this area?
  6. How has developments in technology shape the finance industry in recent years?
  7. Who has inspired you in your life and how? (written/250 words)
  8. Setbacks of a goal and how did you overcome?
  9. Disagreement with team leader and how to put your opinion forward?
  10. Personal experience of an adventure outside work/Uni?
  11. Weakness that you improved (written/250 words)
  12. Does innovation help average investors (Finance-related)
  13. Why you want to study in UK
  14. Why this particular course?
  15. What modules you studied earlier which is related to the course?
  16. Why should we offer you a place?
  17. Tell us about a difficult moment you went through, how did you overcome this moment? What did you learn from that?
  18. You are in a career fair and there is the company that you want to work for. How do you approach them? How do you distinguish yourself from others?
  19. What was your greatest achievement to date? How did you manage to achieve that? What are the lessons for the future?
  20. Written question (no prep time, 5min): Draft an email to an alumni of your university that works for the company that you wanna work for. How do you convince him that you are suitable to work for the company?
  21. What are the most important things to include in a marketing plan? Why are they important?
  22. Tell us one of your skills you develop outside academic and professional lives
  23. How would you convince investors to invest in a failing project?
  24. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
  25. Tell us why you're applying to Imperial College Business School and what in particular attracted you to this school?
  26. Various topics including why the program. why imperial, how would you talk to your classmates on the first day.
