Is the insurance industry worth getting into?
Hi monkeys,
I am very interested in the insurance industry and I wanted to ask if you know whether it is a lucrative industry to get into, especially in a role where you would be building client relationships and winning new business.
I'm especially interested in B2B insurance because my guess would be that the commission if you sell a 15k a month insurance to some industrial company must be pretty significant. But I have no reference point to this industry, so I really don't know if my image of the industry is accurate.
Would love to hear your input!
In summary: Is this an attractive industry to get into in a B2B client-facing position? If so, what are typical commissions (multiples/absolute amounts, any info helps)?
