First of all, this is a JDOasis question. Take the 169 and be happy. 169 is in the 96% percentile.Getting a 170 won't hurt, but if you don't break your current score, That won't get you into Harvard (You need to clear a 172 to really be considered, although they do accept people with lower LSAT scores), but you have a a shot at Yale and Columbia (Yale is hard to get into - they are the most selective law school in the US and Columbia will take a 169, but 170 is slightly better).
