sincerelyI know a guy who stayed with night auditing to support his family and ended up there for like 10 years. He then stopped and went back to school beceause he realized he lost all his friends and connections.

He got his associates in accounting and is looking for an accounting job and I think I can help him out by reviewing his resume and conducting mock interviews.

He is 45-50yrs and still has lots of years in him, but accounting never changes no matter how old you are. I hope to land him somewhere around 40-50k/yr.

Is there anything I should focus on in helping him get a job? Any insights? Anything I should be aware of? I plan on using every network he has to his advantage (ie alumni networking, church, family and friends).

Advice and critics please?

By him do you mean you?
