Need Career Advice - Senior at Lehigh University

I'm a senior at Lehigh University, double majoring in accounting and finance. I interned at a Big 4 last summer, but it wasn't for me. The culture was a good fit, but I found the work to be mundane and the exit ops are a lot worse than I thought they were, so I am looking for different career options.

IB sounds like something I'd be interested in doing and I'm willing to work the hours, but there are only a few boutiques that recruit at my school and the only BB I have really seen here is JPMorgan.

IB is my goal, but there is a lot of competition at my school for these limited spots. I have a 3.9 GPA but I understand that nobody in finance cares for Big 4 experience so I will be at a disadvantage.

So at this point, I realize I have to consider alternatives. No consulting firms hire at my school and there are a few Asset Management groups that I am looking into, but as recruiting season is going by I am really starting to worry about my limited options, so I am turning to you guys for advice.

I'm pretty open minded and I'm willing to consider anything. Economics? Academia? Grad school? What else is out there? IB salary would obviously be great but I'm willing to grind out a few years if it will pay off.
