Question about corporate governance

Hello, So this isn't really IB-related, but I'm currently a bit confused. For a course project, I'm writing a report about a company, in this case Linde Plc (https://www.linde.com/). I've been going through their annual report and am wondering whether this company either has a one-tier or a two-tier board. Reason for my confusion is that they mention a leadership team (https://gyazo.com/e9c276e9bfd3ac6ee058803c8116c8cc) but also a board of directors (https://gyazo.com/0638b3fc042a3ee18ff21bd0bf15c983). The CEO is also the chairman of the board of directors.

In the EU, a two-tier board system comprises a management board and a supervisory board, and the CEO usually is not the same person as the chairman of the supervisory board. In UK/US, I believe you commonly have only a board of directors in which the CEO usually is the same person as the chairman.

Could anyone clear my doubts?

Thanks a lot
