Second Round interview with Jones Lang LaSalle

Hi, I was just offered a second round interview for a Capital Markets Research Analyst position with Jones Lang LaSalle. Does anybody knows what to expect from the interview? Any idea on base salary + comps? What is the exit opportunity like if I were to receive an offer?

Thanks!
