Selling a lease?
I'm not really sure where this belongs, so I'm putting it here. I'm working on a business plan for a class I am in, and I was wondering if it would be possible to sell a lease to a bank? Like the customer leases something worth $1200 and has payments of 50 dollars a month for the next 20 years. Is there a way a small business could sell that contract and get like $1100 up front from the bank in exchange for the lease?
Companies sell their A/R to banks, I believe its called factoring.

Thanks a lot, guys! That is exactly what I needed! Now all I have to do is write a 20 page business plan in 3 days -_-...
