Curious if anybody on the boards has experience with senior living/healthcare industries (ILF/ALF/SNF/CCRC). If so, are there any resources out there you'd recommend or contacts who are the premier specialists?
Genesis of my inquiry is my firm is being approached about an opportunity but it's not our bread and butter and my read of the guys sponsoring the deal is that they are amateurs who just want to be players.
