Why do we watch movies? What is the reason for that. I think a lot and make some conclusion. We are watching movies because
We wanna enjoy everything we can see there and relax.
We learn about time, culture and society of that era the videos show us.
well written script( if there is)
Acting ( we like actors not stars)
for learning (behavior, human psychology and many things)
For some time, we are away from our reality. ( last but not least)

Personally, it helps me to relax, and I can eat yummy treats and spend a few hours watching movies.
