Why doesn't the NBA/NFL have DEI pipelines?

Clearly just like how blxcks/latinxs are underrepresented in every non-blue collar industry, caucasians, east asians and indians are underrepresented in sports, especially the NFL/NBA. I can probably count on one hand the number of indian hoopers in the NBA.

Why isn't anything being done? My future kid (wasian, my fiance is singaporean) is likely going to admire basketball and football players, but without a significant leg up in recruiting, he'll always be overlooked in favor of a wealthy and connected blxck/latinx.

I would say I actually appreciate some of your posts, unlike the some of the other "genuine 4chan neckbeards" out there. You do have a humorous way with words.
