True to form, the market is flip flopping again today, with the Dow up 240 points early on. Things appear to be looking up, not just in the US but worldwide with European and Asian markets also taking an upturn this morning.
But as we've seen over these past few months, this means almost nothing. And the day is long from being over. Is it possible to close out October on a positive note? Don't hold your breath.
