I am hoping someone on WSO could help me locate this software -
Looking for the company or software that companies like CBRE / JLL / M&M use to put together property packages for potential clients or buyers.
I am not looking for the property management software, but the one that allows you to enter property data + property pictures and it spits out a good looking package for the client.

I've never heard of, nor seen a specific program that does this. Investment Sales teams mostly use Microsoft Publisher and Adobe Photoshop for the actual input and presentation of photos and text, and ARGUS and Excel for the input and manipulation of property level financials.
From a nice WSO user, I found out M&M uses an in house software called "iMpact". Unfortunately, that software is not for public sale or use.
I also know for a fact CBRE uses a software, but i am not sure what it is called or what company it is. Too bad I can't find any company or software out there to look at yet, frustrating :(

We just put them together like pitch books, aka in PPT. Ive seen where places like Eastdil publish hard bound books for large properties, but its nothing you cant make using MS Office.
