You start a company in a developing economy...and fail
Let's say you're very talented in finance. How does the financial world look at fallen entrepreneurs when they're applying for jobs?

Entrepreneurs are looked at poorly in finance and in the corporate world in general. Entrepreneurs are honorable, but the traits of an entrepreneur--individualistic, creative, restless, etc.--are not necessarily the traits that an employer wants. The corporate world values steady, competent, politically correct people.
So I would say being a failed entrepreneur is generally looked at negatively in hiring, finance included.
I would think you have to ask yourself a question. Because of my entrepreneurial experience,how much money can I make or save my employer? This is what you would need to answer to yourself that your employer wants to know.
