bump? I would really appreciate your insight
bump as well^^
Entrepreneurs are looked at poorly in finance and in the corporate world in general. Entrepreneurs are honorable, but the traits of an entrepreneur--individualistic, creative, restless, etc.--are not necessarily the traits that an employer wants. The corporate world values steady, competent, politically correct people.
So I would say being a failed entrepreneur is generally looked at negatively in hiring, finance included.
I would think you have to ask yourself a question. Because of my entrepreneurial experience, how much money can I make or save my employer? This is what you would need to answer to yourself that your employer wants to know.
