13W Model - Learning Resources

Any good resources/courses to rinse new hires through? We have been doing this internally but we are not good teachers and it takes too long. Would much rather send them a book/course to chew through.

Wall Street Prep has a course but tbh it’s not that great. Given that the framework is pretty simple but each model is obviously bespoke to the situation, it might be worth it to just write a couple page guide and accompanying model template that can be followed step by step. I can’t recall any books that actually go into detail on this
