$2,000 for any referral to The Talent Oasis

Fellow primates, we are launching a new $2,000 referral program to help us reach more potential clients for WSO's recruiting services.

Here's how it works:

1. You make a warm intro to the team member that runs analyst/associate/vp search processes for your firm (cc me using [email protected]) - this can be an associate, the founder, a VP, HR -- basically anyone that is the point person or decision-maker in the hiring process

2. You can attach the short deck (click here) in the warm intro email that goes over the services and pricing so there is some context.

3. Once we make our first placement with your firm, we will send you personally a check for $2,000 as a referral thank you for making the introduction (within 30 days of the new hire starting).

Yes, it's that easy.

Bonus is that you look smart introducing us since we are about 50% less than traditional search firms and have 5-50X the reach. :-)
