2010 Megafund Pre-MBA Associate Compensation Package

I was wondering whether anyone had concrete info on what this year's megafund pre-MBA associate class compensation package was.

I've heard that Apollo was 160k salary, 60k signing and 100-150% of salary as bonus. Is this what BX, KKR, TPG, BC, Carlyle etc are paying as well? What about other top-tier funds like Hellman Friedman, First Reserve, GS PIA, Warburg etc?

I would really appreciate any help!
