Just wanted to check in with those that are gearing up to recruit on-cycle. I've yet to connect with headhunters (don't want to pre-maturely reach out before being adequately prepared).
Have you guys had any first rounds / chats with headhunters? Trying to tread the line of being prepared & on time without being too late to the process.
