I’ll start. Off-cycle MF. $300K target all in (50% base/bonus split). Relocation + singing bonus - brings total probably closer to $330.
Can you speak on progression comp? Vp, Director etc.
Wouldn’t know that far out. Friend in a similar firm mentioned that comp at the AVP role (or in some companies associate 3) pays close to 400+. Assuming VP is probably ~500-600. VPs usually get carry too but no idea what that looks like - hopefully someone else can opine
