2025 LA PE Scene?
Would love any updates on the Private Equity scene in LA… what are some top MM shops right now and what does comp & culture look like?
Also specifically curious about Lightbay, Kingswood, and Highview if anyone knows.

bump
Highview is a family office with ~500mm dedicated to PE. Value buyers. Kingswood is on a nice trajectory with the recent raise; also a value shop but would put them a little deeper on the value spectrum.
Do you know anything about their comp/culture?
Decent scene — ratio kinda shitty but open bar
Bump

Can you offer any more detail? Wet capital raising or funds suffering? Hard to parse your comment bc some funds like LGP are doing well but Clearlake has a bunch of shitcos
