$2B Private Credit Shop - Associate Comp Expectations

Hi All,

a small private credit shop in Philly that I've been interviewing with has been giving me strong buying signs (MD hosted me at NYAC, CEO called me on a Friday 5:30) and tomorrow those two plus CIO are meeting in Manhattan (where I live) for a drink. I have no idea what to expect for comp and feel like i might have some leverage so looking for the community's help.  For context, the position is in business development with 5+ years of experience and i'm coming from Merrill in pwm and currently at a MF PE fund in a similar role making $180 (120+60).  Thanks to any one willing to offer guidance.
