A1 PE recruiting advice

currently working at a middle market bank in the healthcare group as an A1. looking to move to a healthcare focused LMM / UMM pe fund after my two years in a T1 city or t2 (bos, texas, etc) if its the right firm. have admittedly been behind the eight ball on on-cycle recruiting, so don't anticipate being prepared for any processes in the next month or so. what are my options if I'm looking to exit in summer 2027. would caveat that my current firm isnt quite as sweaty as others, ~70-80 hour weeks and would prefer to continue that cadence, or less, even if it means taking a bit of pay cut
