AI in acquisitions
Hi,
I keep hearing how AI is being used in acquisitions, but I haven't heard anything too useful. Have you seen AI make a difference in acquisitions (or underwriting)?
The bottleneck in the RE market right now is not how fast you UW deals. It’s that the market is stuck because cap rates are too low relative to rates and we’ve yet to see big improvements in fundamentals outside of a few pockets.
