Recently joined a MMPE as an analyst and a month into the job, my direct manager and the associate both gave their 2 weeks. The head of my department will take lead but he is extremely busy and it is unlikely that I get frequent face time with him. I am still trying to understand the process and the portfolio, but I don’t have a go-to person when I have questions. What can I do to survive?
