Allianz Global Investors Summer Intern - Dartmouth Partners Interview

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone's had a good start to the week. I'm a junior at a non-target / semi-target studying Finance & Real Estate and I have a first round interview with Allianz Global Investors for the multiple PE funds / strategies. I'm going to be interviewing for my first round soon (only 2 rounds in the entire process) and its with someone from Dartmouth Partners. From my understanding they have a big presence in the UK but not much in the US. This would be a huge opportunity for me so any sort of help from the monkeys here would be really appreciated. It is a behavioral interview and I've seen a ton of mixed reviews regarding their interview process. Although I'm solid on my behavioral I was wondering if I should expect specific kind of brain teasers / out of the box questions, questions Dartmouth tends to ask? Any sort of insight from people who have previously interviewed with them would be extremely helpful!

Thank you!

Generally the first round interview with Dartmouth (assuming its the 15 min phone call) is pretty standard HR stuff. Why You, Why this bank, maybe market views, prepare 1 deal to speak about/company values. They also could ask a brain teaser but it is extremely unlikely as its usually asked in the second round. Second round with them is more technical but still HR stuff so pretty easy. One question I got asked before from them in the 15 min behavioural is what is a misconception people get about you when meeting you so bare that in mind.

Good luck!

Can anyone update?
Have in interview with them for private markets next week?
