Alpine Investors - Update/Comp/Progression

Saw Alpine’s continued to grow/raise larger funds and seems to have strong returns. Curious if anyone knows details on how comp scales with what seems like much faster title progression at Alpine vs a traditional MM/UMM/MF firm?

He’s not involved in the day to day (focuses on fundraising mainly). The firm’s seen a lot of headcount growth in the last couple years and imo culture diluted. Managers are more self-interested and career development for junior professionals took a backseat. Career planning is dishonest and departures are handled unprofessionally, etc etc.
