I've worked with some great senior guys out of Baltimore, but in general I know that the junior guys work around the clock. They struggled a lot during the downturn as a public company, but in general the name is pretty well respected. The firm has a lot of "structure" given they are public, which eliminates part of what I believe is the fun of PE.
