Analyst bumps
With all the IB bumps, has anyone heard about PE analyst programs bumping salaries? Obviously, 15k in the short term is a good tradeoff for great long-term career prospects but I would also rather have 15k than not have it. My firm hasn't mentioned anything about it. Thanks
Also curious if the bigger funds will adjust.
