Analyst in MF PE, Exit Advice?

Currently an analyst at an MF looking to exit. Know these kinds of things have been discussed tons but I'm looking for some advice on what to do next. I'm only really interested in technology investing (and don't want to work another process job).

Info on the recruiting processes, growth trajectory, avg culture/comp of the below would be helpful. Also, curious on the split of the kinds of work that juniors do at these kinds of places. Currently considering:

  1. Venture Growth (BOND, ICONIQ, TCV, etc)
  2. Crossovers (Dragoneer, Altimeter, Greenoaks, etc)

Would also appreciate that this doesn't turn into a discussion of why crossovers suck lol.
