Analyst to Associate
Anyone have insight to lateral hiring / even 1st year experienced hiring for MM/UMM analysts and/or the list of these firms? Currently a first year at a UMM fund and wanting to move (don’t mind downstream) for personal reasons. Does it make sense to reach out to headhunters?
